The original Rock Cottages were built in the early 1900's and after Hurricane Havey in 2018, they were damaged beyond repair and were torn down by Willard Hammonds and Deven Bhakta who purchased the properties and wanted to develop a new look but keep the "Old Town Name" that has been part of Port Aransas' history. However, they wanted a modern look to the projects they developed these beautiful town homes that are high above the ground to with lots of parking with views to the Beach..
